“Animal” began its box office journey with a bang, amassing an impressive Rs 337.58 crore in its debut week. The momentum only intensified, with the film adding Rs 22.95 crore on its second Friday, Rs 34.74 crore on Saturday, and a staggering Rs 36 crore on Sunday. The film raked in Rs 12 crore for Hindi language alone and Rs 0.72 crore for South Indian languages. Thus, the Animal’s total collection is Rs 12.72 crore for its Day 12. As of Tuesday, the entire box office collection stands at an astounding Rs 457.84 crore. Rs 413.49 is for Hindi, and the rest is for South Indian languages.

 

Fastest To Cross Rs 450 Crore

Notably, “Animal” has etched its name as the fastest Hindi movie to reach the Rs 450 crore milestone. While Jawan took 13 days and Gadar 2 took 17, “Animal” achieved this feat in 12 days. With its relentless box office rampage, “Animal” is now setting its sights on the Rs 500 crore milestone in India, hinting at an unprecedented feat in the realm of Hindi cinema. The worldwide gross of Animal is Rs 757.73 crore.

The film’s Tuesday screenings logged an overall 19.86% occupancy in Hindi shows, with Mumbai, NCR, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Jaipur leading the charge with impressive percentages.
