Drishyam The Conclusion Day 2 Box Office Collection: Ajay Devgn Film Crosses Rs 100 Crore In Just Two Days

Drishyam: The Conclusion has wasted no time in turning its blockbuster opening into a major box office run. After a phenomenal Friday, the Ajay Devgn and Jaideep Ahlawat starrer recorded another excellent day on Saturday.

The final chapter of the popular Drishyam franchise is benefiting from strong audience interest, positive word of mouth and the Gandhi Jayanti holiday period. More importantly, the film has managed to maintain a very high level of occupancy even after its massive opening day.

The weekend is now heading towards a huge finish. With Sunday expected to bring another major jump, Drishyam 3 is firmly on course to deliver one of the biggest opening weekends for a Bollywood film in 2026.

Drishyam The Conclusion Day 2 Box Office Collection

Drishyam: The Conclusion has collected Rs 52 crore net on Saturday at the Indian box office. After a blockbuster Rs 62 crore opening on Friday, the film has maintained excellent momentum on its second day. The two-day total now stands at a massive Rs 114 crore net and Rs 134.52 crore India gross. The worldwide gross for two days is Rs 178.52 crore.

This means the film has entered the Rs 100 crore club in just two days. The speed of the milestone is particularly impressive considering that Drishyam: The Conclusion is a crime thriller and not a conventional action entertainer.

The film opened with Rs 62 crore on Friday and followed it up with Rs 52 crore on Saturday. While the second day was lower than the opening day, the drop is perfectly healthy considering the enormous Friday number.

The Saturday performance also confirms that the opening was not driven only by the Gandhi Jayanti holiday. Audiences have continued to turn up strongly on the second day, giving the film a solid foundation for Sunday.

Day Day India Nett India Gross Worldwide Gross
Day 1 Friday ₹62 Crore ₹73.16 Crore ₹92.66 Crore
Day 2 Saturday ₹52 Crore ₹61.36 Crore ₹85.86 Crore
Total ₹114 Crore ₹134.52 Crore ₹178.52 Crore

The positive response has also helped the film. Cinetales gave Drishyam: The Conclusion 4 stars and called it Gripping, and wrote “Ajay Devgn And Jaideep Ahlawat Set The Screen On Fire In A Gripping Final Chapter.”

The franchise factor has clearly worked. Vijay Salgaonkar remains one of the most popular characters associated with modern Hindi crime thrillers, while Jaideep Ahlawat’s presence has added another layer to the final chapter.

Day 3 Advance Booking Shows Huge Sunday Demand

Tickets Sold7.39 Lakh
Advance Gross CollectionRs 26.30 Crore
Advance Net CollectionRs 22.29 Crore
Growth Vs Day 2 Advance20.03%
Day 3 PredictionRs 60-63 Crore

The early signs for Sunday are extremely encouraging. Drishyam: The Conclusion debuted with 16,125 shows on Friday. The show count increased by 1,101 on Saturday, taking it to 17,226 shows.

For Sunday, another 474 shows have been added. The updated show count before the first show started stood at 17,700. The increase in shows reflects the demand for the film. Exhibitors are clearly looking to accommodate the strong audience interest by adding more screenings.

Sunday is expected to be particularly strong because of family audiences. The film’s advance booking trend also supports that expectation. Before the first show started on Sunday, Drishyam 3 had sold 7.39 lakh tickets, excluding blocked seats. The film had already generated Rs 26.30 crore gross through its Sunday advance bookings.

That represents a 20.03% jump over Saturday’s Rs 21.91 crore gross advance booking. On a net basis, the Sunday advance booking stands at Rs 22.29 crore.

Rs 175 Crore Opening Weekend In Sight

The first two days have already given Drishyam: The Conclusion a remarkable start. The early advance numbers suggest that Sunday could deliver another major day for the film. The current prediction puts the third-day collection in the Rs 60-63 crore range. If that prediction materialises, the film will comfortably move towards the Rs 175 crore opening weekend target.

At Rs 114 crore after Saturday, the film needs only Rs 61 crore to reach Rs 175 crore. With Sunday advance bookings already showing a major jump, that target is now firmly within reach. The biggest advantage is that Sunday demand is not dependent solely on advance sales. Family audiences and walk-ins could further push the final number higher.
