Upset Preeta

Later, distraught because she doesn’t know where Shrishti is, Preeta goes home and asks Mohit whether Gurpreet has returned. Preeta is ready to answer the door when the doorbell rings, but Mohit forces her to sit on the chair before she can, causing her to feel lightheaded. When Mohit opens the door, Rajveer asks him where his phone is, and he is startled to find Karan, the cops, and Rajveer.

As Preeta questions Mohit, who is at the door, Karan immediately hears her voice and enters to look into it. But Rajveer turns off the main power, resulting in darkness, and stealthily ushers Preeta inside. Rajveer responds that there are police outside, and he doesn’t want them to mistreat her as they did at the police station when Preeta questions him about why he brought her inside.

The police thoroughly inspect Rajveer’s home at the beginning of the Next episode. Rajveer informs them that he checked the room, and it is vacant as they prepare to head to the one where Preeta is. Later, Rajveer remembers that strange call when he meets Nidhi, and the police arrive at Luthra’s residence to look into the evidence. He also remembers Nidhi asking about Shrishti to a man who seemed like a goon. Although seeming astonished, Nidhi gathers herself and tells him she has no idea what he is talking about.
