Laxmii is the official remake of the Tamil movie Kanchana. Akshay Kumar knows how to put characters alive on the screen. Kiara Advani has not much to do in the movie but did a decent job as a supportive wife. Rajesh Sharma, Ayesha Raza Mishra, Manu Rishi Chadha, Ashwini Kalsekar played the supportive character nicely. It was Sharad Kelkar who nailed with his performance. He proved once again how good an actor he is, first Tanhaji An Unsung Warrior

and now Laxmii. There are two major songs in the movie. Bam Bole has an amazing choreography, probably the best-choreographed song of Akshay Kumar. Director Raghav Lawrence tried his best to give the treat of a good movie to the audiences. But honestly, if you have watched Kanchana then you may not find it above par.

The director has ended the movie on a note with a scope of a sequel. Overall, the movie Laxmii has thrills, emotions, but forced humor and weak writing disappoint the most. It can be watched with a full family if you are free. We give the movie Laxmii 2.5 stars out of 5. Have you watched the movie? How did you find it? Let us know in the comments below.
