In the previous episode, we saw Neerja return all of the items to Abeer before collapsing. When the doctor arrived to check on her, he claimed smoking had harmed her lungs. The doctor goes on to say that she should rest for a week. Abhir inquires about Neerja’s relationship with him, noting that she, too, has troubles. Bijoy claims Neerja was his nurse who looked after him when he was sick. Abhir believes it is now his obligation to care for Neerja, and Bijoy concurs. Kaushik yells at Munmun for stirring up trouble when Neerja would have walked away by herself. Later in the episode, Abeer visits Neerja and promises to look after her.

The Wedding Picture Brings Back Memories
Today’s 10th September 2023 episode of Neerja Ek Nayi Pehchaan will be another testament to her love for Abeer. In the episode today, Moushumi throws Abhir and Neerja’s picture and other things into the trash. She doesn’t want Abeer to notice them. Neerja witnesses this move by Moushumi. She goes to the trash area and picks up her wedding picture with Abeer. Neerja states that the photo might mean nothing to others, but for her, it symbolizes her love. She takes the picture to her room and secures it under her bedsheet. Abeer enters her room and asks her if she has taken her medicines or not. As he moves closer to the bed, Neerja fears that he might see the picture.
Neerja Ek Nayi Pehchaan
It is an Indian Hindi-language television serial produced by Sudhir Sharma and Seema Sharma. The show looks deeply into the lives of a mother-daughter combo, Protima and Neerja.
