In the previous Neerja Ek Nayi Pehchaan episode, we saw Didun carry a knife to Neerja’s room and inform her about Protima’s attack on her. Didun states that she’ll now have to pay the price for her mother’s deeds. She further asks Neerja to dance regularly and get her money. Later, we watched Abeer explain to Didun that he had come to Sonagachi to speak with Neerja. He was curious if she cared for him or had been lying to him the whole time. Didun frowns at Abeer. She then instructs Neerja to contact her lover, Abeer.
However, Neerja refused to meet with Abeer because she was embarrassed that he knew the truth. She refuses to meet with Abeer. Didun takes use of this opportunity to exert control over Abeer.
