An altercation between several persons was captured on camera at the Gadar 2 movie premiere at Prasad Talkies in the Kotwali region. The situation worsened when someone pulled out their belt and started striking someone else. Throughout the theater, the scenario caused general mayhem and a stampede-like situation.
What Caused The Havoc?
Online news sources said an individual screamed anti-national chants like “Pakistan Zindabad” before the altercation started. However, this turned out untrue. The Bareilly Police Station later indicated that the accused’s intoxication caused the commotion and was done when they were drunk.
