On Day 1, Brahmastra collected INR 75 crore gross worldwide. On the second day, it saw a rise and earned INR 85 crore gross worldwide, making the two-day collection of INR 160 crore. The biggest movie of this year is KGF: Chapter 2. The film has collected over INR 400 crores (Hindi) in its lifetime run. KGF: Chapter 2 has collected a net INR 143.64 crores in its opening weekend itself. After KGF: Chapter 2, the only film that surpassed expectations was Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Apart from Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, no other film was able to do the lifetime business of the opening weekend of KGF: Chapter 2.
Brahmastra Collection
Brahmastra is unable to pass the biggest weekend opener of 2022. But it is second best after KGF: Chapter 2. Brahmastra collected around INR 122 crores* in its opening weekend in India. However, Brahmastra became the biggest weekend opener for a Bollywood movie in 2022. The audience became choosy with the content, which is why the films are not working well at the box office. Brahmastra comes with different content and was able to bring the audience to the theatre.
