The Kumkum Bhagya episode from today, January 5, 2024, opens with Dada ji asking Harleen to apologize for having her wedding with Harman. Yug and Rajvansh then join them. Then, to everyone’s amazement, Dada Ji confesses that he ought to have arranged her marriage to his older son. When Rajvansh inquires whether he has any more sons, Dada ji responds, “He came from his mind.” As Harman asks him where the older son came from. Dada Ji laments that Harman beat him at chess and that he should not have done this. Yug and Harleen then attempt to comfort Dada Ji by pulling Harman’s leg. Because Harman is terrified of eating bitter gourd, Harleen tells him to apologize to Dadaji, or she will cook or bottle gourd or bitter gourd for him. Harman complies with her request.

Angry Khushi
Rajvansh leaves in the interim since he has an important meeting. However, Khushi begs Poorvi to accompany her to the airport when she tells her she will see her fiancé. Meanwhile, Poorvi’s neighbor attempts to make her feel awful by criticizing her morals and claiming that no one would now marry her. They irritate Khushi, who tells them to shut up and take care of their daughters, or she will expose their true selves to the public. After that, Poorvi shows up and tries to soothe Khushi so that she won’t dispute with the women before taking her out of the area.
Khushi Calls Divya
However, Rajvansh gets a video call from Dada Ji, who asks him what t-shirt would be best for Vikrant. Rajvansh then suggests a few. Afterward, Poorvi phones Divya and assures her that she will be home as soon as Khushi arrives and sees Rajvansh’s car driving by, at which point she becomes numb. When Divya asks her what occurred, she tells him about it. Divya then informs her that Rajvansh usually follows Poorvi because he believes fate wants them to meet. After hearing the news, Vishakha and Ashok get concerned about Khushi and attempt to contact her, while Poorvi ends the conversation and heads home.
Rajvansh Saves Poorvi
Poorvi requests the car’s driver to make a turn and get to the location when she hears voices pleading for assistance. When she arrives, she discovers that the entire area is on fire. When Poorvi notices that several thugs are attempting to hurt other people, she tells them to stop, but they then try to hurt her as well. Rajvansh then arrives to save her.
They manage to get away from there, but those thugs pursue them and attempt to murder Rajvansh. Poorvi intervenes to save him, telling him he is meant to be, and they manage to escape.
