This week two big movies released Street Dancer 3D and Panga. Both are from different genres. While Varun Dhawan, Shraddha Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, and Prabhudeva starrer Street Dancer 3D is a dace movie, Kangana Ranaut starrer Panga is full of emotions and inspiration.
Panga is a story of Jaya who lives in Railway quarters Bhopal along with her husband and son. Jaya works in Railways and she got this job because she was the captain of the Kabaddi National Team and won many medals for the country. After marriage Jaya lost in her personal life that consists of her husband, son, and her duty. She stopped playing Kabaddi. Jaya is 32 and one day his son tells her to follow her passion. She asks herself a question “Main kya kar sakti thi, aur main kya kar rahin hoon”.
Jaya meets with her old friend Meenu played by Richa Chadha who played Kabaddi with her and is now a successful coach. Jaya’s passion for the sports Kabaddi has reignited and she decides to make a comeback. But how will she follow her passion with responsibilities? Will she successfully make a comeback in the Indian team? Watch out the movie for it.
Kangana Ranaut is one of the best actresses in Bollywood. The way she plays the character, it seems that this character is made for her. Be it Queen or Manikarnika, she plays every role with perfection. Add another one to the list is Panga. Kangana Ranaut looked terrific in the role of a mother who chases her dreams. Director Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari presented this story beautifully and audiences can relate with it. The screenplay and story never divert from its mainstream. The music is the only department where the movie disappoints. Overall, Panga is a movie that has emotions, drama, inspiration, and a strong message. A message of Never Stop Chasing Your Dreams. We give it 4 stars out of 5.
