Sara Ali Khan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Ananya Panday are among the most promising newcomers in Bollywood. The trio gave many amazing performances in the short span of their career. In a recent interview at Agenda AajTak 2021, Sara Ali Khan talked about the bond she shares with Janhvi Kapoor and Ananya Panday. Recently, Sara Ali Khan and Janhvi Kapoor visited Kedarnath Temple together. Sara also talked about how she connected with them after COVID-19 affected their career at the beginning itself and they came close. She said,

“We are very different from each other and we are comfortable in our own skin. We are not best friends and we all have different set of friends. But we connected in the past two years. As young ambitious girls who are starting their career, to lose two years to Covid, that brought us close. This thing even my mom won’t understand. Words like competition and contemporaries are used by others, they are not for me.”

Sara Ali Khan also opened up on the acting advice she receives from her parents. She said that she consult her parents Saif Ali Khan and Amrita Singh about her career. They also give her the same advice for script selection. She said,

“They always tell me that any film isn’t just for two hours. It’s at least a year. If you, as a human being and an actor, aren’t excited about the film every day, then it doesn’t matter what we say, you shouldn’t do it. We are lucky that our work is our hobby. I don’t feel any pressure of living up to my parents.”

Sara Ali Khan will be next seen in the movie Atrangi Re opposite Dhanush and Akshay Kumar. The film is slated for release on December 24 on Disney Plus Hotstar.
