The trailer gives us a hint about the energy and vibes of the series. It revolves around concepts like nepotism, politics in film industries, power, money, and success. It showcases a race between a typical Bollywood king who wishes to continue ruling the industry and a passionate filmmaker committed to making heart-ruling movies.
Well, one of the most discussed aspects of the series is the film industry’s dark side, which is not far from reality. The cast of the series includes Emraan Hashmi, Mahima Makwana, Rajeev Khandelwal, Mouni Roy, Naseerudin Shah, Shriya Saran, and many more talented performers.
Showtime, created by Sumit Roy and Mihir Desai in the direction of Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar, will explore the unknown realm behind the camera. It will give audiences an inside look at the Bollywood industry, nepotism, and power conflicts.
Emraan Hashmi will be seen in a fight with Mahima Makwana. Rajeev Khandelwal will play as a superstar in the series. Mouni Roy is Emraan’s wife on Showtime. The legendary Naseerudin Shah plays the head of the film studio. Showtime will be available on OTT beginning March 8, 2024.
