Prem Saxena is a writer and actor from Ludhiana, Punjab. He came to Mumbai in 2019 to find his destination at his playing age. He played many characters in crime shows like Crime Patrol, Savdhaan India, and Crime Alert in 2019. When his journey of being an actor got recognized, the COVID-19 pandemic forced the world into lockdown.
During corona, when many people left the industry and went back to their homes, Prem Saxena did not lose hope. During that time, Prem Saxena find an opportunity and started writing. Along with his acting, he focused on his writing. And in another year, he wrote a web series called Love Jugaad, and it became a hit.
After that, he wrote crime shows like Crime Hunt, Crime World for Shemaroo TV, Gunah, and Aparaadh. Today he is working as an actor and writer in the industry.
When asked about his future projects, he said, he will soon be seen sharing screen space with South actor Venkatesh Daggubati in the upcoming Netflix web series Rana Naidu. Rana Daggubati, Surveen Chawla, Abhishek Banerjee, and Gaurav Chopra are in the lead roles in this web series. Prem Saxena is considered to be the youngest writer in the film and television industry.
