The 29th December 2023 episode of Bhagya Lakshmi begins with Lakshmi seated in her ward, her head throbbing. She then recalls how Rishi’s head was hurting, and she massaged him, which immediately relieved his agony, and then he massaged her. Lakshmi thinks how she hopes Mintu is here to aid her with her anguish.

He responds that if the doctor had been faithful, he would have returned Lakshmi to him. Malishka promises to assist Rishi in getting Lakshmi out of the hospital, which makes Rishi grateful. She claims she loves him and would assist him regardless of whether he loves her back.
Malishka Threatens The Doctor
On the other hand, Bani and Shalu are sobbing out of helplessness. Malishka hugs Rishi and tells him that he should start caring for himself and the business because his condition affects Neelam. Rishi agrees with Malishka. He can’t concentrate on anything till Lakshmi returns. Malishka walks to her room and yells about how Rishi always mentions Lakshmi. The doctor calls her. He informs her that Rishi attempted to bribe him, but he declined. Malishka responds that if he had taken the money, she would have ruined him by exposing his terrible past actions to everyone. The doctor inquires as to how she knew about this. Malishka responds that she is extremely close to the family whose member he murdered due to his negligence. Malishka contacts Balwinder and instructs him to stay within his restrictions, or she will employ someone else.
