This movie was the debut film of Ayushmann Khurrana and Yami Gautam. It was a romantic comedy movie based on a sperm donor and was released in 2012. The movie had a plot relating to infertility and sperm donation. The film managed to deal with this sensitive topic in a comic yet appealing manner and helped change many people’s perspectives. Vicky Donor was a great success at the box office and was subsequently remade in Tamil. The Tamil remake was released recently in 2020 and was a hit. It starred Harish Kalyan and Tanya Hope.
