Deepika Padukone is one of the prominent actresses in Bollywood. She is known for giving some splendid performances in the movies like Goliyon Ki Raas Leela: Ram Leela, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, and Chhapaak. Her last film Gehraiyaan has also received a good response from the critics. Deepika Padukone will be next seen in the film Pathan opposite Shah Rukh Khan. Pathan will mark their fourth collaboration together after Om Shanti Om, Chennai Express, and Happy New Year.
Recently in a candid conversation, Deepika Padukone talks about the best and worst advice she has received from people over the years. In a conversation with Filmfare, Deepika Padukone recalled the most valuable piece of advice she received from Shah Rukh Khan. Deepika said,
“Shah Rukh Khan gives good advice and I got a lot from him. One of the most valuable pieces of advice I got from him was to always work with people you know you are going to have a good time with, because while you are making a movie you are also living life, making memories, and creating experiences.”
Talking about the worst advice she received, Deepika said,
“I received was to get breast implants. I was all of 18 and I often wonder how I had the wisdom to not take it seriously.”
Recently, Deepika Padukone expressed her gratitude for showering love and appreciation for her character Alisha in her recent film Gehraiyaan. In her Instagram post, Deepika wrote,
“The response to Gehraiyaan has been dizzying to say the least! ‘Alisha’ has been my most visceral, indelible, and delicious experience as an artist. While I am ecstatic and overwhelmed I am also truly grateful and humbled!”
Deepika Padukone has made her Bollywood debut in 2007 opposite Shah Rukh Khan and Arjun Rampal. She was 21 years old when she made a debut. Before coming to the films, Deepika Padukone has worked in many ad commercials and even video albums.
