It all started when Payal Ghosh in her social media account alleged that Anurag Kashyap has forced himself on her. She tagged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to take action in this case.
After accusations on Anurag Kashyap, Payal Ghosh has shared a shocking post on her social media account. Payal Ghosh claimed that she had given an interview to the renowned portal regarding this matter with the filmmaker Anurag Kashyap. But to her surprise, the portal was seeking Anurag Kashyap’s approval. Payal Ghosh shared her photo along with the post and captioned,
I have given an interview regarding the entire episode on Mr. Kashyap to a renowned portal and the next thing I get to know that they are seeking permission from Mr. Kashyap himself. India, if I am found hanging from the ceiling, remember this. I didn’t commit suicide. They have the narrative ready of depression and medication. #NotGoingDown #metoo
The filmmaker has called all the allegations baseless. Anurag Kashyap took to social media account and uploaded an official statement on Payal Ghosh’s matter.
