Sooryavanshi Review: Akshay Kumar Starrer Is Full Of Entertainment And Surely For Big Screen Experience

Finally, after a wait of more than one and a half years, one of the most awaited movies, Sooryavanshi released in cinema halls today. The film was supposed to release on March 24, 2020. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the release was postponed indefinitely. So now, it is released, and we can say that Rohit Shetty has brought another gem to its cop universe.

A movie starts with Ajay Devgn as a Singham voiceover narrating how Mumbai stands tall despite several terrorist attacks. The explosives RDX which was used in Mumbai Blast in 1993, was only 400 kg, and 600 kg is still hidden somewhere. The terrorists are planning a bigger attack in Mumbai, and they have 40 sleeper cells active in India. Jackie Shroff is a mastermind of these plans and is in Muzzafarabad POK. Akshay Kumar as Veer Sooryavanshi is in charge of this mission to stop these attacks. Riya, played by Katrina Kaif, is Veer Sooryavanshi’s wife. For Akshay Kumar, it is his duty as a top priority and family second. How will Akshay Kumar stop the attacks and find sleeper cells? Watch the movie to find out.

Rohit Shetty’s cop universe promises to be an action thriller. Akshay Kumar is back in action. His entry via helicopter, twirling cars, and daredevil stunts are delightful to watch. Katrina Kaif looks stunning, though her screen presence is limited due to the action movie. Katrina Kaif was awesome in the song Tip Tip Barsa Pani just after the interval. However, do not compare with the original song featuring Raveena Tandon.

Jaaved Jaaferi, Gulshan Grover, Abhimanyu Singh, Vivan Bhatena, Niketan Dheer, Rajendra Gupta, and Kumud Mishra lived their characters. It is the last time we see Asif Basra on the big screen. He was such an amazing actor. Jaaved Jaaferi and Gulshan Grover were remarkable in their respective roles.

The script is gripping, and the screenplay is fast. It will keep you on the edge of your seat. Akshay Kumar chasing Sikander Kher in Bangkok was one of the highlights of the movie. It was a fantastic sequence. Akshay Kumar, with his love affair for actions, is a delight to watch. The background music of the movie is superb.

The first half is a build-up of a gripping second half. The last 20 minutes is a thriller ride. The trio of Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, and Ranveer Singh will be seen together, and it is cheery on the cake for the audience. Ranveer Singh, with his comic timings, is fantastic. He will give you some dose of laughter too. One scene in the second half with the song ‘Chodo Kal Ki Baatein’ gives you goosebumps. It delivers the message of unity. The film also gives us a glimpse of what is next in Rohit Shetty’s cop universe Singham 3.

After watching the movie, you will realize why Rohit Shetty and his team waited for more than one and half years for the film to release in cinema halls. They have put a lot of effort into making this film, and it will not disappoint you. Whatever you can expect from Rohit Shetty’s movie, you will get everything in it. There are many high octane scenes, bike chasing, twirling cars, and helicopters. The film has the potential to break several records at the box office. Sooryavanshi is full of high-voltage masala action and entertainment and is undoubtedly made to experience on big screens.
