In today’s Anupama September 13, 2023 episode, Anuj expresses concern over Anupama leaving the house unannounced. While Adhik informs Barkha that Romil is also still away from home, implying that he is somehow engaged in the situation. Romil is being yelled at by Anupama, who tells him he deserves more slaps for having such a limited viewpoint. Anupama violently shakes him, saying that even though there are conflicts, revenge is not exacted on the family.
Anupama discusses how children of Romil’s age frequently take things for granted and readily play them for pranks. Romil claims that he did not anticipate the situation to become so serious. To this, Anupama responds that imprisoning a girl in such a way will be traumatizing for her. Anupama questions Romil about whether he was blind to their predicament from the minute Pakhi left but still chose to pull a significant practical joke on everyone.

Anupama Learns The Truth
Anupama requests that Romil call the friend who had locked Pakhi in that room, and Romil complies, putting the call on speaker. Since the room is vacant and just her possessions are present, Romil asks the buddy who answers the call nervously.
The friend replies that he does not know where Pakhi went after he had opened the door. Anupama then takes the phone and threatens to throw him in jail if he does not give Pakhi’s location. When pressed further, the friend admits that he gave Pakhi two or three sleeping tablets with water because she was shouting uncontrollably.
Anupama huffs in fear after learning about the sleeping tablets because she knows they will fog Pakhi’s judgment right now. Romil is the one who will have to shoulder that weight forever and be overcome by remorse, Anupama tells him in response to his question of who will be held accountable if something were to happen to Pakhi.
Pakhi Is Drugged
Pakhi is just seconds away when Samar and Toshu arrive at the spot and scan the area for her, just in time for her to stumble and fall to the ground. A few males approach Pakhi with malice after spotting her drugged.
The men pull their hands back and walk away from Pakhi as Malti Devi shows up and recognizes Pakhi lying on the ground.
Romils Faces Adhik’s Wrath
Adhik assaults Romil as he returns home with Anupama and threatens to kill him. However, the other family members intervene and stop him. Romil tries to justify his behavior, but Adhik, Barkha, and Ankush encourage Anuj to call the police.
Romil begs Anuj to hold off on calling the police, but Anuj tells him to be quiet because he will decide later what to do with him. Vanraj, on the other hand, overhears that Samar and Toshu were unable to locate Pakhi anywhere and are devastated.
