The Jhanak episode from January 14, 2024, opens with Anirudh attempting to persuade Arshi that he has a meeting today and won’t be able to continue their plans. Meanwhile, Jhanak is preparing to leave the house because she doesn’t want to add to Anirudh’s heavy load.

Jhanak Writes A Letter To Anirudh
However, Jhanak is writing a letter to Anirudh expressing her gratitude and regret. She further hopes that they will never cross paths again. She also wishes him a happy life with Arshi and requests that he treat her with his whole attention. Arshi, on the other hand, is unsatisfied with Anirudh’s behavior regarding treating their announcement party so casually.
Arshi’s Forced Invite
Whereas Anirudh encourages Arshi not to get upset with him since he is helpless himself, he feels terrible for not being able to provide quality time to Arshi. While all this is happening, Jhaank departs the Basu Mansion, crying and thinking about how much she would miss this family and Anirudh. Arshi asks Anirudh if she can visit his house, and Anirudh is forced to say yes.
Vidhi Taunts Jhanak
While Vidhi makes fun of Badu Maa for having Jhanak, everyone in the Basus household searches for her. According to Vidhi, the function is a significant event for both families. If nothing else, Jhanak should assist them with the preparations as it will require millions of plans. Vidhi asserts that the event is a significant occasion for both families and that a minimum of Jhanak’s assistance with the preparations is needed, but she is nowhere to be found. Since Jhanak isn’t beside her, Apu becomes agitated and shouts about everything.
Chottan Aids Jhanak
Jhanak fights with the woman seated next to her in the autorickshaw because she’s asking too many personal questions. When Jhanak gets to the bus stop, Chottan finds her and asks her where she’s going. She lies and tells him she’s going to meet her brothers. While Tejas waits for her, who intends to take her to Sri Nagar with him because his intentions don’t appear correct, Chottan offers to aid Jhanak, but she declines. However, Anirudh is meeting with his coworkers without knowing what is happening.
Chottan Informs Anirudh
Chottan helps Jhanak board the bus headed for the hotel. Later, he lets Anirudh, still in his office, know about it. Anirudh leaves his meeting quickly after learning the unexpected news. He further asked Chottan where she was going and what she was carrying. Back at home, Vidhi becomes enraged with Badu Maa. She further demands to know where her darling Jhanak went without telling anybody. Badu Maa is stunned because she is unaware of Jhanak’s location. She begins searching the house for her while Vidhi accuses her of spoiling Jhanak.
