The eighth September 2023 episode of Kumkum Bhagya begins with Prachi cutting vegetables in the kitchen when she cuts her finger abruptly, and Ranbeer sees her in pain. Prachi warily avoids Ranbeer and keeps some distance between them as he rushes to her out of sheer desire to protect her. Akshay Locks Prachi
Just then, Akshay, who was on his way elsewhere, noticed them standing close enough to hear each other’s heartbeats. This enrages Akshay, and he steps in between them, grabs Prachi’s hand, and drags her to their room as Prachi yells at him to behave himself.
Akshay ignores her and puts her on the bed, shutting her inside the room. Vishakha’s attention is drawn to this when she hears Prachi shouting inside the room. Akshay tightens his fist and walks out with utter rage in his eyes.
Everyone Lashes Out At Akshay
When Ranbeer enters and inquires about Prachi, everyone crowds around Akshay, to which Akshay lashes out. Furthermore, he presents Ranbeer with a hypothetical circumstance and asks how he would feel if he visited his house grudgingly and annoyed his wife. Meanwhile, Manpreets scolds Akshay for talking nonsense, but Akshay lashes out at everyone, admitting that he witnessed Ranbeer and Prachi together in the kitchen.
Akshay Yells At Vishakha
Vishakha, on the other hand, interjects, raging at everyone and dragging Akshay with him out of the living room. At the same time, Ashok and Manpreet apologize to Ranbeer on Akshay’s behalf for insulting him at their home. Vishakha condemns Akshay for his abrupt reaction and informs him about Mihika’s actual love for Ranbeer, urging him to close his eyes for a few moments so he doesn’t witness any Ranbeer and Prachi moments. This enrages Akshay, who rants at Vishakha for always assuming Ranbeer’s acts are correct, but Vishakha asks Akshay to wait till Mihika marries Ranbeer.
Akshay Points The Revolver Towards Ranbeer
Despite Vishakha’s attempts, Akshay remains unconvinced and walks to the living room. He condemns Ranbeer and tells him to leave his house. Meanwhile, Ranbeer approaches him and quietly responds to Akshay’s hypothetical circumstance query by saying he would never have allowed Akshay’s presence near his wife.
Ranbeer says that he does the same thing in the kitchen, which prompts Akshay’s rage, and he pushes Ranbeer by his collar while Ranbeer pushes him back. Feeling deceived, Akshay runs to his room and pulls out a revolver, aiming it at Ranbeer as everyone starts screaming and weeping to prevent Akshay from losing his mind.
Mihika Pushes Akshay
Ranbeer remains cool and tells Akshay to shoot if he has the guts when suddenly Prachi and Mihika show up. Mihika shoves Akshay away, causing the gun to drop to the ground. She then takes up the gun and points it at Akshay for having the audacity to murder Ranbeer. Just then, when he says that Ranbeer is Prachi’s ex-husband, Akshay becomes alarmed to see the pistol held at him and that too by his sister.
Prachi Yells At Akshay
In contrast, Pallavi and Dida arrive at the Tandon residence with the shagun items. Dida interrogates Pallavi about how she was persuaded to permit Ranbeer to remain there while knowing that Prachi is present. Ranbeer responds that Akshay doesn’t need any explanation when Prachi shouts at him for acting like a lunatic. As per usual, Akshay, who still harbors affection for Prachi, lashes out at Ranbeer for continuing to live with her in their home.
Akshay is interrupted by Mihika, who says that Ranbeer still respects Prachi and that there is nothing incorrect with this as they even have a kid. Dida asks the Tandon family if everything is okay as Pallavi notices them, and the home bell immediately sounds.
