We gave the film 3.5 stars and called it Heartfelt. Aamir Khan is back with a bang with SZP. He once again proves why he’s in a league of his own. His portrayal of Gulshan is layered — arrogant, broken, funny, emotional, and evolving. Genelia is a surprise package. She brings a softness to the film. Even her silent glances speak louder than words. Sitaare Zameen Par is not a film you just watch — it’s a film you feel. It’s a heartfelt attempt to break stereotypes around disability, packaged with humor, warmth, and life lessons. It manages to stay with you long after you leave the theatre.
