Anupamaa is one of the most popular television shows currently. The show is ruling the BARC TV TRP ratings. Rupali Ganguly is simply superb as Anupamaa. Actress Sara Ali Khan arrived on the sets of Anupamaa to promote her upcoming movie Atrangi Re. She was seen grooving with Rupali Ganguly in Atrangi Re’s song Chaka Chak.
Rupali Ganguly is seen dressed up as Anupamaa and Sara Ali Khan wore the same outfit of green saree along with a pink blouse that she wore in the original video of Chaka Chak. Not everyone is aware that the song has been choreographed by Rupali Ganguly’s brother Vijay Ganguly. Sara Ali Khan and Rupali Ganguly danced gracefully and perfectly nailed the hook step of the Chaka Chak song. Rupali Ganguly shared a video on her Instagram and wrote,
“Grooving to mere bhai ki chaka chak choreography with the chaka chak girl in the chaka chak outfit with the sweetest and the most down to earth star @saraalikhan95.”

The song is already a chartbuster. Earlier, Sara Ali Khan posted videos with actors Ranveer Singh, Ananya Panday, and Madhuri Dixit, dancing to the track Chaka Chak. Sara Ali Khan will be portraying the role of a Bihari girl named Rinku who is in love with both her husband (Dhanush) and her lover (Akshay Kumar).
The failure of Love Aaj Kal affected Sara’s confidence while shooting for Atrangi Re. Talking about regaining her confidence, Sara told mid-day that it was Aanand L. Rai who helped her regain her confidence. She said,
“During one of our early days, Aanand sir told me, ‘Tu hil gayi hogi Love Aaj Kal ke baad (You must be shaken after Love Aaj Kal), but you have to play on the front foot.’ My mom [Amrita Singh] made sure that Kedarnath [2018] and Simmba’s [2018] success did not affect my behaviour on Love Aaj Kal’s set. So it’s only right that the failure of this shouldn’t affect Atrangi Re. It’s harder to forget a failure than the high of a success, but what doesn’t kill you makes you stronger.”
People flooded the comment section appreciating the performance of the duo. Atrangi Re will release on Disney+ Hotstar on December 24.
