Today’s Anupama 19th August 2023 episode begins with Leela pleading to Samar to persuade Dimple as she must be furious because of how he treated her earlier, to which Hasmukh immediately agrees. Meanwhile, Kavya appears to be getting ready to depart for somewhere, and Toshu asks her what she wants, but Kavya says she has to go herself for her sonography checkup. Vanraj’s Weird Behavior
Leela questions Kavya’s decision to go to the doctor alone for the check-up and requests that Vanraj accompany her to the clinic as a courtesy. Kavya looks uncomfortably at Vanraj as he gets up and proceeds toward the key chamber, where he takes the car keys and delivers them to Kavya, telling her to go by herself. This astounds everyone, and Leela questions Vanraj about why he is unwilling to accompany Kavya, even though he is the one who should bear the entire responsibility for these events.
Kinjal Confronts Dimple
Meanwhile, Kinjal arrives in Dimple’s room with breakfast, and Dimple begins raving, believing it is Samar. Kinjal informs Dimple that Leela donated the food so Dimple would not go hungry and that they are not her enemies. Kinjal warns Dimple that she is pushing Samar away from herself while aiming to pull him away from his family.
A Dream
Vanraj becomes enraged when Leela states that he no longer cares for the baby, and he questions why he should do so. Vanraj claims that Anirudh should be concerned about the child because he is the father of Kavya’s child, which surprises everyone, including Kavya and Anupama.
Leela feels like she is losing her mind, following which she grabs Kavya’s hands and drags her out of the house, slamming the door in her face. However, the entire event is revealed to be Vanraj’s daydream, and he informs everyone that he has some office work to attend to while Kavya reassures her that she can go alone.
Anupama Is In Shock
Pakhi informs Adhik that Anuj has now confided in her, and Adhik should respect her abilities because they would be working together in the same office. However, Adhik smacks Pakhi’s hand away from his cheek, causing the papers to fly into the room, and claims that Pakhi purposefully planned everything to disgrace him and Barkha.
Adhik laughs wildly and grabs Pakhi’s arm tightly as Pakhi confesses she never had such an intention because she loves him.
Meanwhile, Romil witnesses the scene from outside and informs Anupama that Pakhi appears tense, prompting Anupama to proceed toward Pakhi’s room. As Pakhi encourages Adhik to confess his flaws and stop playing the victim, Adhik slaps Pakhi, which Anupama watches and yells Adhik’s name with wide eyes.
