October 25, 2023, episode of Bhagya Lakshmi opens with Malishka and Sonal resolved to trick Kiran so they avoid being caught since they have a larger plan to accomplish. Sonal shuts the door from inside the hospital as Kiran arrives to prevent suspicion that they have left Malishka’s room.

Malishka’s Evil Plan
Malishka responds that she intends to dress up as a nurse to visit City Hospital when Sonal wonders what plan is cooking in her brain as the two leave. Then, to remove any evidence against her, she would kill Rishi within the ward where he is being held. Sonal nods in agreement with Malishka’s proposal, but she isn’t sure whether it’s the appropriate course of action.
Ayush’s Helplessness
Ayush informs the Oberoi family that he is unable to continue sitting helplessly in this position. He continues by saying that he will find the person who attempted to kill Rishi and Lakshmi since only a person with a cold heart could have done it.
What Will Happen Next In The Narrative Of Bhagya Lakshmi?
The next episode opens with Karishma wide-eyed at Ayush’s words, but he pays no attention to her. When the physicians finally emerge from the wardroom to greet the Oberois, Ayush maintains his determination. Neelam cries out to the doctor, asking him urgently what has happened to Rishi and whether he is doing okay right now. But the medical professional tells her that Rishi has fallen into a coma. Neelam is so startled by this that she thuds upon the group of people. Karishma then reminds Ayush that she would not let him leave the house, but Neelam stands by him, claiming that he will depart so she may punish the murderer.
As Malishka arrives and enters Rishi’s wardroom while posing as a nurse, this causes the color to vanish from Kiran’s face. She removes the oxygen mask from his face while muttering that she will murder him today. While Malishka does not don the mask, this causes Rishi’s body to shake.
