In the opening scene of today’s Bhagya Lakshmi 4th January 2024 episode, Lakshmi gets into a fight with the nurse, who promises to let her go if she acts well. The nurse requests that she remain silent and informs her that she will bring the matter up with the doctor before granting her permission to visit the doctor. Maliska phones Sonia to inform her that family members will find out Rishi has been abducted, but she handled the matter. Meanwhile, Lakshmi is thrilled to meet her Mintu.

Ayush Calls Rishi
On the other hand, Ayush examines the message he received from Rishi, but when he attempts to call him, it is not answered. He discusses this with Bani and Shalu. They ask him to give Rishi another call, but he attempts to open the door after being preoccupied with someone to convey the breaking news. When Ayush phones Rishi again, he answers, but just as he is about to inform Ayush that he didn’t text him, the line is cut off.
As he attempts to unlock the door, Rishi becomes enraged, remembering Balwinder’s remarks about Lakshmi, and murmurs that he will fetch Lakshmi shortly. However, when Balwinder arrives, Lakshmi informs the nurse that she will walk home alone and becomes afraid to face him. She then begs for assistance.
Malishka’s Lies
Malishka remembers the day Neelam slapped her when she tried to send Lakshmi to an institution while she muses over whether or not to tell Neelam about Rishi’s disappearance. Harleen claims that Ayush told her that Rishi is missing, but Malishka lies to her, saying that Rishi could have visited Lakshmi. Malishka informs Neelam and Harleen that the nurse is attempting to assist Lakshmi. Neelam chastises her for not telling her about this, and she explains that the nurse wants to send Lakshmi along with Rishi.
Balwinder Forces Lakshmi
The plot twist occurs when Balwinder forces Lakshmi into accompanying Mr. Wilson, and the nurse merely smirks while failing to assist her. Balwinder’s hand is cut when Rishi suddenly arrives and throws a knife at it; Lakshmi then runs to hug him and says she doesn’t want to go with them. Wilson replies that he will take Lakshmi with him, to which Rishi responds by viciously beating him. Rishi informs her that he has come there to take her away.
