Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are all set to tie the knot on December 9 in Rajasthan. The three-day wedding celebration will be held at Six Senses Fort Chauth Ka Barwara, a heritage property, around 35 kilometers from Sawai Madhopur city in Rajasthan. Chauth Ka Barwara is famous for the old temple located on the hilltop ‘Chauth Mata temple.’
Katrina Kaif Vicky Kaushal Wedding Festivities
The preparations are already begun and are in full swing for one of the biggest celebrity weddings of the year at the lavish hotel in Sawai Madhopur district. According to the sources, the wedding rituals and festivities will start from December 7 with the Sangeet ceremony. It will be followed by Mehendi on December 8, and the marriage on December 9. The celebration will end with a huge wedding reception on December 10. The guests will start arriving from December 4 onwards. Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif will arrive on December 6 and will depart on December 11 reportedly.
Royal Wedding
At the wedding venue, the couple’s close friends, and family members will stay. The celebrity guests like Karan Johar, Rohit Shetty, Varun Dhawan, and his wife Natasha will stay in a five-star hotel in Sawai Madhopur. The entire hotel with 45 rooms and 4 suites has been booked for the wedding. Many Bollywood celebrities and bigwigs are expected to attend the royal wedding. An event management company has been entrusted with the responsibility of making all the necessary arrangements for the wedding. The wedding preparations have been entrusted to six different vendors. They will arrange flowers, decoration, transportation, food, security, and jungle safaris.
According to the sources, Vicky and Katrina wanted a royal feel for their wedding. So be it the décor or food at the venue, the guests will have a complete royal experience. The special suite designed with contemporary Rajasthani interiors is booked for the couple. Vicky Kaushal will be put up at Raja Mansingh Suite, while Katrina Kaif will be staying at the Rani Padmavati Suit. Both are the most expensive suites in the hotel reportedly costs INR 7 lakh each per night. It has a swimming pool with a green garden attached to it. While windows face the beautiful view of the Aravali hills.
Secret Codes To Guests
The guests will be given secret codes for entry into the wedding venue. The secret codes are given to keep the wedding ceremony completely confidential, The identity of the guests attending the wedding will be kept confidential. The hotel has allotted codes instead of names to all the guests. The services such as room service, security, etc. will be provided to the guests based on these codes.
A dance troupe from Mumbai has already reached the venue a couple of days back. The group rehearsed on Katrina Kaif’s hit Bollywood numbers. Both the families are trying their best to maintain the secrecy and privacy of the function. As per the source,
“The guests will be given a secret code for entry. They will not be allowed to carry their mobile phones after a certain point so that no pictures or videos are leaked. Drivers ferrying the guests from Sawai Madhopur and Jaipur will be given basic phones and not smartphones so that they don’t click pictures of the guests.”
Non-Disclosure Of Wedding Attendance
According to the sources, the SOPs laid down for Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif’s grand wedding ceremony include, non-disclosure of wedding attendance. No photography, no sharing of pictures, and location on social media are allowed. Also, as per the sources, the guests should not have any contact with the outside world till they leave the venue.
Security Arrangements
To ensure foolproof security, 100 bouncers from Jaipur will come from Jaipur on December 5. Even the Rajasthan Police will also be deployed outside the wedding venue for the security of VIP guests. Most of the guests will land at Jaipur. It is the nearest airport to the venue. There are a few guests who are expected to take a chartered flight which might land at the helipad in Sawai Madhopur city.
Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal will be neighbors to Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma post wedding. Reportedly, the latter has two floors in the same building. As per the reports, Vicky had rented a luxurious and spacious apartment for the tenure of 60 months on the 8th floor.
