They arrive at the table as a couple, and Adhik pulls the chair for Pakhi to sit in first. Romil exclaims, “fake,” unexpectedly, drawing everyone’s attention. Anupama’s Hallucinations
Anupama looks at Adhik and Pakhi as Adhik pours juice for Pakhi. Anupama, unable to contain her rage, yells at Pakhi and Adhik to halt their drama. She claims Adhik will beat Pakhi again since he has done it twice. Pakhi begs Anupama to stop hurting her marriage and explodes when Anupama insists she only wants the best for Pakhi. The entire incident, however, is Anupama’s hallucination, and she controls her rage by standing quietly while Pakhi serves breakfast to Adhik.
A Cleanliness Drive At The Shah Household
Meanwhile, the Shahs go on a cleaning spree, and Hasmukh requests that Kinjal assign him a task so that he can assist them. Kinjal initially refuses, but Hasmukh chooses to replace the cushion covers, while Leela praises Kavya for working and not using pregnancy as an excuse. Hasmukh and Leela begin to have lovely banter about how Leela forced Anupama to work for the duration of her pregnancy. At the same time, Leela laments that Moti Baa (Hasmukh’s mother) did the same.
Dimple walks in and starts smiling when she sees Hasmukh and Leela arguing, and Kinjal tells them to stop before they start fighting. Everyone chuckles, creating a pleasant mood, until Leela stops Dimple and hands her the broom and rug, leaving Dimple perplexed. Leela asks Dimple to clean her section of the house because they are finished with theirs, causing Dimple to frown.
Anupama Despises Pakhi’s Childish Behavior
Anuj and Ankush put together the topics they would be discussing at the office, after which Anuj invited Anupama to go with Pakhi to the office. Adhik claims he’ll bring Pakhi with him because he has a meeting, but Anuj demands that he take a break from work. Pakhi mentions that she was thinking about taking a break, which causes Anupama to scowl. She further tells Pakhi and Adhik to quit acting like babies.
Anupama tells Pakhi to be professional and get ready, but Pakhi argues that Adhik should head the project because he is more talented than she is. Anuj begs Anupama and Pakhi to cease arguing and then leaves, advising Pakhi not to be childish in professional affairs.
Romil’s Developing Attachment To Anupama
After everyone has left the breakfast table, Romil remarks that Pakhi is too blind to perceive Adhik’s plan and stands up. This causes a packet of cigarettes to drop on the floor. Anupama is surprised to see such a thing in Romil’s pocket, while Romil remarks that smoking is a fashion statement these days.
Romil’s eyes spark as Anupama gently pats his shoulder and tells him that smoking is extremely dangerous to his health and that she does not want him to hurt himself. Anupama suggests that Romil become addicted to music instead of getting intoxicated. Romil becomes emotional as Anupama lavishes him with compliments and asks him to record himself the next time he plays the guitar.
