This web-series has a total of eight episodes and it offers an edge of the seat thriller. Jennifer Winget looked promising on her digital debut and gave a strong performance. Rajat Kapoor and Tanuj Virwani were impressive. Director Akshay Choubey did a decent job. The one thing that disappoints of eight episodes long web-series is the climax. The web-series raises sensitive issues like casteism and homosexuality. But after watching the climax, it does not strikes the right chords. Many of the web-series lovers will like this web-series but if you compare it with the same kind of genre on the army backdrop, no doubt The Test Case starring Nimrat Kaur was the blockbuster. It had a better story, screenplay and even the climax of it do not disappoint. Still, Code M is very much watchable if you like thriller series. But if you have not watched The Test Case, leave everything and watch The Test Case first. We give Code M 3 stars out of 5.
