Today’s Anupama 16th January 2024 episode begins with Vanraj sitting alone at night, reflecting on Teetu’s statements to him the other day about Dimpy remaining in that place only out of fear. Vanraj watches Dimpy heading someplace and questions if she will meet Teetu, to which Dimpy presents the medicine and says sternly that she will be taking it to Leela. Dimpy claims that Samar has already left and Ansh has not come to her, leaving just her self-esteem, but Vanraj is continually targeting the last thing she has with her. After Dimpy goes away, Vanraj recalls how Anupama confronted him in the past, giving him déjà vu, and he tells himself that he cannot allow Dimpy to leave the home because of Ansh.

Shruti Questions Anuj
In the meantime, Anuj returns home after receiving a call from Shruti and tenderly pats Aadhya on the head as she rests on the bed. Shruti questions Anuj whether he has met Miss Joshi, to which Anuj responds that he did not get to since he had to return, and Shruti remarks that destiny is bringing the two of them closer together but not face to face.
Anuj And Aadhya’s Conversation
Anuj informs Shruti that he has to talk to Aadhya alone, and Shruti exits the room, claiming that something is upsetting Anuj and Aadhya that they aren’t disclosing to her. After Shruti departs, Anuj asks Aadhya to tell him truthfully if she saw Anupama in the United States, which is the primary cause of her sudden panic episodes. Aadhya becomes worried and claims nothing like that is the cause, and she also does not understand why she is experiencing panic attacks. Anuj becomes quiet as Aadhya expresses her desire not to hear Anupama’s name since she is a part of their history that they want to leave behind.
Anuj Promises Aadhya
Anuj claims he saw Anupama from a distance but was unable to pursue her due to his accident, thus Aadhya wants him to assure her that he will no longer hunt for Anupama. Aadhya informs Anuj that Miss Joshi is not Anupama but rather a cook at the restaurant where he has met her, and Anuj swears not to look for Anupama or learn about their past.
Anupama’s Dilemma
In the meantime, Anupama inadvertently burns her hand and wonders why she is obsessed with Aadhya and AK, although they are strangers to her.
