In today’s Anupama episode of September 20, 2023, Anupama notices Malti Devi pacing back and forth outside the room as Anuj gestures outside the space. Malti Devi is then approached by Anupama, who inquires about the issue. Malti Devi responds that she left her room because she was feeling stuffy, but she can no longer locate it. Anupama grinned at Malti Devi and offered to bring her back to her room. However, Pakhi arrived and offered to lead Malti Devi instead, which made Anupama happy.

Anuj Feels Uncomfortable With Malti Devi
Anuj finds Malti Devi staring at him once more with her eyes fixated on him and attempts to turn away, but Malti Devi keeps staring at him till she goes by him and is gone. He informs Anupama that he does not appreciate Malti Devi staring at him.
Anupama tells Anuj to put those feelings aside and be cheerful for that day because they are celebrating his birthday. Anuj claims he is uneasy for some reason. Anupama informs Anuj that she will visit the orphanage and deliver the donation on his behalf, something he is thankful for every year.
Anuj claims that he feels good whenever he performs anything like that and believes he can help those kids. Anuj, who is now visibly upset, tells Anupama that he wishes that no child would have to live like an orphan despite having parents and that parents should not have children if they do not intend to raise them.
The Birthday Celebration
Romil runs into Adhik when he is at work and apologizes, but Adhik tries to provoke Romil. When Pakhi and Anu arrive and assign duties to the two of them, Romil declares that he does not want any drama caused by them and remains silent.
In the meantime, everyone agrees when Leela declares that she will dance enthusiastically at Anuj’s party because it has been a while since she has celebrated anything.
Vanraj and other people mention that no one knows about Anuj’s actual birthday and that Anuj has changed his destiny by striving hard his entire life.
As she enters the downstairs area, Dimple appears pale. Leela teases her for always unwinding and sleeping, but Dimple maintains her composure.
When the house’s lights start to flicker, Hasmukh issues a warning to everyone to ensure that no drama arises as a result of them at the party.
Anupama Visits The Orphanage
Later, Anupama visits the orphanage and introduces herself to the staff member, telling her that since Anuj is a little busy, she has come to present the donation check on his behalf. The woman asks Anupama how she obtained the baby’s image while handing over the check, and she even recognizes Malti Devi.
When Anupama asks the woman how she knows Malti Devi and where the baby is right now, the woman responds that Anupama already knows the answer and narrates the entire tale.
