October 16, 2023, episode of Kumkum Bhagya begins with Mihika berating Prachi for giving Ranbir spicy parathas as Prachi gives Ranbir a sweet. When Mihika pushes Prachi aside to care for Ranbir, Ashok eventually takes her. In the meantime, Ranbir claims to be fine, but inside, Ashok reproaches Mihika for misbehaving with Prachi. Manpreet Confronts Mihika
Manpreet confronts Mihika about acting inappropriately with Prachi as Ashok leaves the room just as Akshay enters the room. In addition to accusing Manpreet of being a horrible mother, Akshay informs Mihika that Manpreet loves Prachi more than she does. Manpreet breaks down in tears, and Akshay leaves, which causes Mihika to leave as well. Prachi, who had overheard the talk, tries to comfort Manpreet.
Mihika Is Frustrated
Later, Manpreet is spotted by Prachi while she is working in the kitchen, and she asks if she would like some tea. Manpreet brings up Mihika’s discussion, and Prachi informs her that Mihika is telling the truth since she really loves Prachi more than her. Prachi embraces Manpreet while Ranbeer joins in from outside after Prachi announces to Manpreet that she and Pragya are similar. Manpreet smiles as they both give her a warm hug. In contrast, Mihika is irate and screams, smashing everything in her room.
Mihika Wants To Kill Herself
In the middle of all, Divya arrives and cares for Mihika. Mihika then accuses Prachi of stealing Ranbir from her. After Divya asks Mihika if she’s certain, Mihika responds that she is and then plots to kill herself. When Mihika decides to jump out the window, Divya intervenes and says they should murder Prachi. When Mihika asks Divya to send Prachi to the kitchen under the guise of cooking khichdi, Divya nods in agreement, and the two move on.
Is Akshay Planning Something Big?
Ranbir praises Akshay for his improved attitude towards him. Ranbir hears Akshay say that he jailed him first because he believed he was doing wrong but that he learned he was doing right afterward. After praising Akshay for his realization, Ashok departs, prompting Ranbeer to inquire whether Akshay has changed. When Ranbir receives a call, Akshay informs him that he has done everything for Prachi because he values her greatly. Akshay smirks as Ranbir moves aside. Mihika and Divya, on the other hand, covertly enter the kitchen.
Ashok Feels Concerned About Akshay And Mihika
Divya checks outside while Mihika opens the gas plug from the cylinder; following this, she approaches Divya, and both leave. In the room, Ashok contemplates what happened in Mihika and Akshay’s upbringing. Manpreet informs him that children eventually take care of their parents.
When Vishaka walks into the room, Ashok informs Manpreet that Akshay and Mihika are of a distinct breed. Manpreet observes Vishaka, who walks inside and asks Ashok what’s wrong, prompting Ashok to tell the truth about Mihika and Akshay heading the incorrect path.
Vishaka Tells The Truth
When Ashok receives a message, he informs Vishaka that he will not accept such behavior and goes off worriedly. Meanwhile, Manpreet requests that Vishaka speak with Akshay and Mihika since they respect her. Vishaka claims that Akshay and Mihika come to her because she hides stuff, which confuses Manpreet. Vishaka informs her that Akshay messed up the brakes of Prachi’s car.
Divya Executes The Plan
Later, Mihika questions Divya about where she got the gas burst idea. Divya says she got it from Mihika performing it 7 years ago. This frightens Mihika, prompting Divya to stabilize her before she rushes to Prachi. Divya enters Prachi’s room and tells her to cook khichdi for Manpreet, to which Prachi agrees. She approaches Mihika, and after a while, both notice Prachi entering the kitchen.
